Great value

The Best Buy rep was very helpful and recommended this. It has plenty of speed for me and I'm very satisfied. Pretty easy to install, which was huge because I am definitely a novice with things like this.

I told him I was looking for a good modum to purchase as I did not want to pay a monthly fee. He recommended the Arris Surfboard. When the Comcast tech can to set me up for cable TV and the internet he had no trouble using the arris. It has worked perfectly since day one.

Does what it's supposed to do

I don't have a lot of options for placement so I occasionally have to use a fan nearby to keep it running smoothly.

This one has more coverage and the setup is easier. In the long run is better than paying the cable provider.
