Great modem got every mb my cable provider claimed I should’ve been getting once I switch to this modem.

Bought this two in one device (modem and wifi router) for my new TWC connection. Picked device based on cost and devices mentioned on TWC site for my connection. Installation was a breeze. Has 2.4 and 5GHz dual. Using both. Also has Guest connection. Some days WiFi does drop and haven't paid attention if all devices and both channels but definitely 5GHz drops. Overall pretty happy though, may be because no drops this week. Wired connection and even wireless speedtest are amazing.

Basically, a reliable, safe, and easy to place gateway modem / router that is far better than what the cable companies provide on lease. Decent security built in, but should only be the backup to protection installed on a machine - hardwired or wireless. It will take a bit of experimenting with the 5.0 Ghz wireless band to find the frequency that works best in any given installation. Pros: Great customer service, size, color (white), beamforming technology on 802.11 ac protocol, easy setup, intuitive and functional website. Cons: 5 GHz band has very limited range.

Have been looking for a solution to my slow down loads and getting dropped from Internet. This so.bed my problems.

Works great, but only has 2 gigabit ethernet ports.

It has been working great and no issues! Small so easily hides behind something to stay out of view.

We purchased this router instead of renting one from the cable company. It has worked well. Several devices are connected and we have good service throughout the whole house. Streaming movies and shows through Netflix and Amazon has worked well also. I am happy with my purchase.

Works expected and supports AT&T Gigapower speeds.

The modem was very easy to install and works very well throughout my 2 story home. We have increased strength of signal outside on my patio as well at my neighbors home. Would buy another if needed.

It is great that it provides two hot spots. The set up is easy and I have had no problems with the modem/router.

I was paying a monthly fee for my cable modem so i decided to purchase my own. I chose this model because it's a 2in1 modem and router. It was easy to install, it didn't break the bank and it's from a trusted name Arris. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Works as advertised. Easy to install although I had to call for help as I didn't see the instructions at first

I currently have Comcast internet service much cheaper to buy your own modem instead of renting

This modem/router works very well and was easy to set up. No problems with it since purchased.
