The unit was easy to set up and is working fine. The WiFi works all over the house. Very satisfied.

Didn’t know much about the combo package until the sales accociate told me the differences but if you are in he market for the best quality out of your internet get this.

After setting up worked great if I stayed in that room. So other things did not get reception.

I purchased this modem to have faster internet speed. While I know this product would have solved my problem I had to return it because my internet/cable also has a land line connected to it. I was very impressed with my salesman at Beat Buy. Hevdiscussed my needs with me and warned me that there was a chance I would not be able to use this product. I will shop at Best Buy for my next purchase if they have what I need.

The ARRIS Surfboard AC1600 is one of the easiest to use combination modem and routers in the market today. You can use the 3G band, or the higher speed 5G band (or, you can use a seamless transition between the two as well). Auto channel switching and zero downtime make this my favorite router and modem combination I've ever purchased (never going back to Linksys or Netgear again (unless it is a Nightgear model).

This works well with xfinity cable. Easy set up . Good range

I am using this modem with Xfinity service and have it placed on the first floor of my 1900 sq foot colonial. The signal has trouble reaching some parts of the basement and the second floor. It also stops broadcasting now and then (once a month or two). Unplugging the modem, unplugging the coaxial cable, reattaching the coaxial, then plugging in the modem seems to fix this, but sometimes takes several tries. Unfortunately, I'm not able to determine if this is Xfinity's fault, the modem's, or a combo of the two. I previously had FIOS which required purchasing and using their own modem. I never had this problem with FIOS and the signal reached everywhere in the house and yard (and down the street as well).

This small WiFi Router handles our needs well and has good range. Our only problem is that it loses our Brother printer or vice versa occasionally and we have to turn the printer off and restart it to get it to work. We didn't have this problem with our previous WiFi Router.

It's a good product but it does work with comcast internet

It's a good product and has worked out well. A few times I lost my wi-fi connection though and had to turn it off and then back on to get the connection back up. That might be the internet provider company though and not the actual product. Modem and router all in one unit which is handy.

The hardware satisfies it's primary function well. Little to no problem keeping cable modem activity. However, the unit fails in the wireless router arena. The range is severely lacking and spotty at best. Should have used my better judgement and just purchased its modem only function brother as I've had to purchase another wireless router to satisfy my needs.

Overall great product! Very easy to set up with Comcast (Xfinity.) I am paying for 75 Mb/s and am getting that with this router. There are times when I am slowed down but it may be due to my internet service provider as a simple restart increases the speed back up to 75 Mb/s.
