I bought this tiny Arris modem at $99.00; the math is obvious. Had it wired in & running in minutes. HP, Mac, I-pad, phone & TV's respond with no issues. Occasionally will say no internet on laptop screen in initial connection; I tap WiFi key & all is well. No complaints thus far & saving on the cable bill.

Outstanding performance

The cable rep inside the store did the initial setup for us, which was huge! It saved me a good half hour because I didn't have to spend time on the phone with the cable company tech. There was definitely an increase speed due to the AC technology. Good modem, I highly recommend it.

Pretty fast modem

It is very fast internet and reliable. Doesn’t drop the signal and no devices are kicked off.
