Decided to save money and not pay the cable company any longer for a rental of their modem. Was very easy to set up along with the router. I only wish it was black instead of white since it sits on my black entertainment stand along with a black tv.

This modem is faster that the garbage that Xfinity rents you, it is Dual Band 5.0 and 2.4 and you own it. No more rental charges is sweet. Gonna take the TV settop box back to them because once you have the service you can access live channels through AppleTV or Fire TV and save another rental charge, and the less I give Comcast the better!

Great router. The only issues I have, has been losing signal on a single device occasionally, which is usually fixed by disconnecting and connecting again. Its way better than renting a router from my internet provider!

I wanted to get my mom away from the high priced UVerse contracts, so I switched her to the local cable company and bought her this ARRIS Modem/Router. It has worked very well for her with no issues, and we have moved her to streaming tv with an Apple TV box in her main room and bedroom. Easy to set up, easy to manage, and well priced.

bought this for my mothers apt., and was very easy to setup and get working. It's easier to configure from your laptop or tablet than using a cell phone when you admin into the device to change SSID's and passwords. It would be nice if they included the userid and password on a piece of paper in the box, but if you go to their website you will find it.

Easy to plug in and connect. Works at high-speeds. Sometimes I have to disconnect and restart when I lose connection, but hard to say if it's a problem with the router, or a problem with Comcast's signal (i'd guess Comcast).

Needed a modem/router fast for new apartment! Old modem was 2.0, needed 3.0!

I had an old router and modem that was bottlenecking my internet service. streaming to 12 devices. I have not had any issues with this product. Everyone in the house is able to get lots of internet. The days of rationing are over. Best Buy price matched it, and then a week later, refunded the difference when they were selling it for less. Excellent customer service

This unit and concast have conflicting issues. I have to reboot frequently.

Great router modem. Easy to install. Probably overkill for my small apartment as far as speed. Make sure you compare your internet plan vs router speed. A plan of 150 and a router/modem of 500 won't make you go faster.
