Replaced my time warner modem. Great product to have!!!

After purchasing the device at the price match with Amazon being completely sail tidied with the cost value of the product I brought it home. It was an easy set up with all the features I expected. I would definitely recommend this product to someone in the future. The staff at Best Buy was fairly knowledgeable as well.

I've been using this modem for about a month now and everything has worked perfectly. I have a SmarTV, 2 computers, cell phone and wifi printer connected and everything works perfectly. There's also a PS4 that is used for online gaming, great performance as well. Installation was simple.

This product was just what I needed. Got good advice from the store staff. It works perfectly for my needs.

The product works great and offers both modem/router for the price of a router. It's nice to save $12/month on my internet subscription because of this and it will pay for itself in a little over a year.

Purchased when switched from DSL to Cable internet, makes great connection when you are close to the unit or within 20 ft or so but further than that and it has some issues. Setup was easy.

Gives a continuous single that reaches nearly everywhere in my small house. It does have a sudden drop where it works well at one place, but if you move over less than a foot the signal disappears.

Works great, but was more complicated to install than other reviewers said. Thank heavens Comcast (never thought I'd say those words) sent a guy accidentally (and didn't charge me). It took him over an hour to get everything up and running. Range could be better (I live in a 1 bedroom apartment) and sometimes both bands have iffy broadcasting. But omg the light! Not just on the front, I expected that, but coming out the vent holes on the sides! It's like this glowing blue box. If you can stash it somewhere you won't see the lights (because they're really obnoxious), then I recommend this product. Mostly I'm so glad to be rid of Comcast's Frankenrouter and the $10 a month charge for bad service.

I needed a new modem/router combo for my home because I refuse to give Comcast $11/month for one. I went to Best Buy and asked a salesperson to recommend one and he recommended the Arris modem. It works GREAT and I only have to pay for internet service and not the modem rental fees.

Great I would recommend this to a friend. It will save me money in the long run and I am very pleased with this product.

It is good, it is faster than the old one. However, I have noticed that it does go in and out with service and I am not sure why. Thats the same problem I had with the other one that was ten years old.

Somewhat pricey for this modem/router because it has very limited range. Can't walk outside my house and stay connected that's approx. 20'. Seems fast enough as long as your close to get a strong signal.

I’ve had this product since June of this year and so far it’s a really good router our old router with ATT was HORRIBLE and it was through att any who switched over to xfinity they told us which brand was compatible and boom there it is I like this router and it’s faster also !

After a week of buying this item I've had to reset it. And now I reset it every week. The reason I have to reset is because wifi stops working. Also it seems like it runs very hot not sure if that's normal

For the most part this modem has done it's job, though it does seem to randomly become undetectable to my game consoles and computers. It seems to be functioning fine, and can even be detected by my phone during these fits, but the only way to reconnect when this happens is to power down both the console/PC in question an the modem and then turn everything back on again. It's a bit of a hassle, and I'm considering returning the modem, but that would mean dealing with my internet provider over the phone again, and that can be a MUCH bigger hassle. Decisions, decisions...

I like what was promised in the reviews. But i don't think i'm getting that. I don't know if it is my internet cable company or this device, but i have to unplug it at least ONCE every other week to get my devices to connect to it again. I wasn't having this issue before i purchased this device. And to be real honest, i haven't noticed any REAL difference in speed. but that's just me. I don't even feel like going through the hassle of returning it to Best Buy because it's still a newer modem/router than the one i had which was about 8 years old. so i'll just keep it.

Bought this for my 20 something granddaughter. She hooked it up. No probs with hook up - plug it in and read instructions. Simple. Placed on middle lever of house. Laptop in upper level & computer on lower level have no prob connecting. Super secure PW supplied. She is very happy!
