got rid of my cables old modem and got this bad boy

It's a great product and produces great speeds! My only problems with it is that the box itself gets incredibly hot and the signal does not stretch far.

I have had the router for almost a month now and it has already dropped connection multiple times. Could be my ISP (cox) but not sure yet. Thankfully unplugging it and plugging it back in has done the trick... Just hope this isn't going to be a weekly thing.

I bought this product as a replacement for U-Verse wifi which was very weak and unsatisfactory. This product is not only hardy but gives strong, unfailing signals. I recommentit highly.

I love this duo modem/router. Purchased this to replace my older products and felt it was a bettter choice to own - cheaper than renting the same items from my internet provider. Good decision!

Modem works well but I have connected a separate router because the router wasn't giving me the speeds I expected. with a connected router its fine. saves me the monthly fee on a modem rental from tv provider so good deal on that part.

Very pleased with the quality of this product. It was relatively easy to hook up (I'm not the savviest tech person). My wi-if signal is strong again and I would definitely recommend this item!

wanted my own cable modem/router to avoid the rental charge. Didn't have a lot of time to research so relied on the sales person and I can't complain - the router serves my whole house and multiple devices. It was within the price range I had hoped - nothing negative to say

Great product, was guided by Best Buy employee who was very knowledgeable and did not dissapoint

this was a rather easy install of the router. you do have to speak with your isp to get them to give you some info about setting up the router. I did have to call the manufacture for some help as well. But, it was rather easy to install and works much faster than the one provided by my ISP.

Terrific replacement for leased Xfinity leased router I'd been leasing forever. Investment will pay for itself in less than a year. Set up was easy, had to call Xfinity customer service to complete. Glad a made the purchase and not sure why I didn't purchase earlier. No issues at all.

Saved some money over the long run with this instead of the required amount to rent from the cable company. Took some time to set up with cable company but the modem/router works great!

I got this because my last router went out, this seems to well better than my last router. I do not have to do as many restarts as my last one.

It was fairly easy to install. It is definitely faster. The signal is not as strong as our old modem from 2009.

This is very easy to set up and activate through your carrier. It's nice to have an all in one option that allows you to avoid the crazy rental prices from the internet companies.

Easy setup and so far it has been very reliable with excellent speed. Compatible with my internet provider.

So far ok. I've had the Arris surfboard Docis3.0 wireless gateway for about a couple months now and I've had to restart it about 5 times. It doesn't reach next door to my granny flat very well. Great for a smaller house using several devices.
