This router was perfect for the kind of connection we needed.

I needed a boost and more range for my wifi. This product is taking care of my family's current usage.

This gateway was easy to setup and install. You should call the 1 800 number to walk through the steps to find a channel that is not crowded.

Overall reception is ok, some weak/dead zones in part of house. Not as strong signal as one it replaced due to lightning strike. Speed is good.

I bought the modem to replace Comcast's money grab modem. the change was seamless. I was able to just plug the Arris modem and it easily when through the setup process. I did not have to call Comcast; which is awesome. It is small and the range is great. it has both 2.4 and 5.0 and signal is strong. the savings from my monthly bill should pay for it in 6 to 8 months. I have had it for a few weeks now and it works fine for me. no hiccups or issue. Hopefully it holds out for a while.

We are having problems with our printer and nest thermostat staying connected, but that may not be a modem issue. Otherwise it works great.

Replaced my comcast modem with this and it works perfectly.

This router/modem is a great investment. Great for gaming.

In about a month of usage and connection has been great so far. We use a Wi-Fi extender for those farthest areas of the house and the signal has been working well. Only downside is the 2 ethernet ports.

I purchased this modem for self install with Comcast internet. From taking it out of the box and reading the instructions to finish took about 20 minutes. I was instantly able to log in and get started after the set up.

Trouble free so far. Going through Xfinity this will quickly pay for itself over renting a unit. No speed issues, generally running a few devices both wired and wireless.

I think this is a fantastic product. Ever since I bought this product I have had no problems. I run two laptops, multiple phones and gaming. Nothing has ever dropped or have had any buffering issues. Highly recommend this product.

This is a good modem router combo and fairly user friendly. Used a price match from Amazon to save about $6-8 (we bought 2). Easy to set up.

A "Blueshirt" recommended the Arris SURFboard . It seems to connect readily and is fast. The price is reasonable and I'm pleased so far.

Good modem router if you are only directly connecting one or two devices because of limited number of Ethernet ports. Does the job.

Works in my home! Great design! Lights are visible and easy to use.
