Poor signal.

He said that the technology had improved. It hasnt. The signal is intermittently and inexplicably weak and devices (several different ones) sometimes have trouble recognizing it. I'm about to replace it this weekend.

The Connection drops every now and then. I haven't had this problem with my earlier modem, even though it was less than half the price of that of the Surfboard Ac-1600
