Modem works for Netflix/Cable-not w/Amazon Prime

It drags/stutters and drives me nuts as it consistently drags/stutters. I won't watch Amazon Prime any longer because of it. Everything else works though.

My devices are, IPhone7, two televisions, fire stick, Roku, laptop, and a wireless printer. No issues streaming shows etc to my basement, arris is in my upstairs office. Overall not bad. I'd say 4 solid stars.

It's okay so far.

I'm getting about 200-250MBit on my wired connection for my paid 200MBits service. However, the wireless seems to be dropping a lot on the 5G network. Not sure if it's because of the signal/channel/DNS server or whatever. I'm still trying to figure it out.
