easy to set up and works with Roku
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was without internet for 21 days when Frontier bought Verizon internet service and DSL wasn't working--I switched back to Time Warner and rather than rent the modem from them, I bought a combination modem/wireless (Arris Surfboard SBG6700-AC at Best Buy and my internet works and I can connect my Roku and get great reception.

Works Great, Easy Setup

It does require either a laptop or PC to configure, which everyone may not have. The only issue I had was that my 2.4 GHz wireless connection kept dropping requiring me to reboot the device. This was easily fixed by changing the frequency.

Good internet router

My router is in the living room and I have no issues accessing our wifi. Definitely, a cost-effective alternative than paying monthly to rent a router with Comcast or any other internet company.
