This was very easy to install and has not stopped working since it's purchase date. If for some reason this one stops working I would purchase this same model again.

Had to take orignal purchase back because it was defective. After spending hours on the phone with help desk and cable company they finely figured it had to be the router/modem

This product works fine but set up was time consuming requiring 3 phone calls to get it set up for my wireless printer to work consistently.

Well, I still had to contact Comcast to give them the MAC Address, but there were no other settings to mess with. All my computers came to life and I returned Comcast cable-modem. I also took my existing Lynksys router and connected it as an extended antenna to Arris... it's a sweet setup.

Often drops devices off of WiFi even though signal strength was strong. Directv SWM would not connect using password (did connect using WPS). Devices that were dropped didn't automatically reconnect and sometimes wouldn't connect using WiFi password. Support tech was difficult to understand (heavy non-English accent) and had difficulty understanding what I was telling him. Other than that, it seems to work and have decent speed.

This is a good product, but the only thing is that a blue light stays on inside and it is like a night light. Not happy about that. If you don't mind the light you will be happy.

Becareful when purchasing modems for your cable internet service. For my scenario, the best buy sales representative did not know that only select modem models work with comcast business cable service. I learned this when I hooked it up at my office with the comcast tech support. This modem did not work for my comcast business account. This tv is a great size for the money. Samsung provides a quality product and obviously not the best picture available, this serves as a great tv for the living room with the kids.

We were going to use this with xfinity, but we needed a wireless box for a room without previous cable, so we had to go with the xfinity modem, and pay the monthly fee

I installed this modem WiFi router, it’s easy installation and I have a very good connection and no connectivity issues, WiFi reaches the yard while I’m mowing- strong signal. So far pretty solid. And I got this on sale/ discounted. Happy with this purchase.

I was told this product was better than the Comcast modem/router I had. It does seem to be faster, but it is not as far reaching in my home

The Comcast technician was with me when I was setting it up. It would connect for a second and then nothing. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Arris tech support and they were no help. They insisted the issue was with the provider but the technician assured me there was no line issue. They provided no resultion even after speaking to the installer. I then had him try the Comcast modem and it worked fine proving the modem was the issue. The next day I returned this Arris modem and got another brand. It also gave no issues.

Most exactly what I needed. Decided to stop renting from Cox. Featuring both wireless and wired connections, this was an excellent fit for what I need it.

The purchase was seamless, the associate was knowledgeable in the product. My initial purchase was good until the unit needed to be upgraded. I took it to geeksquad and seeing as it new, they did not hesitate to swap it out for another new unit and life has been good

I saving the spectrum fee with this modem, but have a lot connection issues with this modem, I have call arris 5 times already to configure my modem.

OK...so you have had enough renting your router?....well...wake up and get this one!....why pay someone a rental fee...when you can own it...and start saving!...OK..said my piece...now it is time for you to act...get up and buy this router....you can thank me later

Performance is pretty good. It seems like I have to reboot the unit about every 3 weeks. Not sure if that is normal

Covers broadband wifi for old and new devices, along with 2 jacks for hard-lining. It has many setup and network options, and you can turn off the lights on the front too. It's definitely worth the money to purchase this, instead of renting one from the cable company.

I purchased this product to save me money on twc bill, but to also get a stonger wifi connection throughout my house. The signal is 100% better and my bill is cheaper.

I purchased a few routers before however the connection wasn't great. The associate who helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right one for our needs
