I needed to upgrade my old modem and wifi that was seriously outdated and had looked on line for what I thought would be a good choice to meet my needs. When I went to Best Buy, the sales person was very helpful and set me up with a dual band router modem that would meet my future needs as well. After about a month of use, I am more than satisfied with the quality and performance of the unit.

Everything works great. One item of note is the brightness of the front. Needs to be placed in a room where nobody sleeps.

Yep, this is a powerful modem and router. Am happy i found it. Really feel free because now.. for the two desk computers, all things are possible in a blink of an eye... *smile* Just get some problems with the WiFi on my tablets and cell phone. But i think it must be the setup. So if the problem does not go away, i'll let Best Buy Geek service come and do a better job than i did.

I bought this product about a month or 2 ago and it has been working well so far. I have not had any internet connection issues ir issues with the speed. The downloads are fast and the youtube video uploads quick. I have about 4 devices on this router/modem with adding a new device soon. If i can make edits I will update my review after it

Easy set up. Works great. Called spectrum and they connected with no issues

Out of the box, followed instructions and it's working just fine for wifi and streaming through out the house with a strong signal.

Speed is significantly faster than anything Time Warner has to offer. Great range.

Love this product. It is really great, fast and reliable. A good dual band cable modem isn't something that is super common. I was really happy with the online order process and very happy it was in stock at a local Best Buy. Ordered it,picked it up that day and they had already in customer service. Price was right too. I really was happy with this purchase and service.

Strong signal and great speed. Far exceeded my expectations for this modem.

Installation and directions were easy, was up in running on Comcast in a matter of minutes. Still having issues with attaching a USB drive but the modem and wifi work well. I like the interference diagnostic that you can run to see if you have any conflicts with different bands on your wifi and if so it adjusts accordingly.

bought this with a stand alone WiFi unit to use instead of my cable company's all in one unit as theirs has lousy WiFi... works great

the router was very easy to put together and has given me no problems or any difficulty. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a router/modem for their home. I also took out the extended warranty since if anything does go wrong with it, I can bring it in to Best Buy and they will fix it. Best Buy always has the finest quality products.

Had many issues with the medicomm rental modem and such always losing the signal, so purchased this bad boy. No connection issues, but the wifi signal isn't as strong, I lose it in my garage, never had that problem before, and yes, it's in the exact same spot. All in all, a giant item that works good.

Just bought this a month and a half ago, and the setup is very easy, it is compatible with Comcast (however, you will be using your own site to manage the settings versus Comcast's), and the features are pretty easy to understand what their functions execute. It also seems to do a great job managing the several devices and users in the household.
