Has many great features including 2 bands, separate guest network and band steering. Well built and attractive too.

This router is exactly what I wanted. It replaced the Xfinity/Comcast router very easily (just had to call Comast to have it registered). It has great signal throughout the house. I made sure to separate out the bands (2.4 vs. 5) since 2.4 can go further. I'm also using all the ethernet plugs in the back to hardwire any electronics close to the router.

Was actually encouraged by my internet provider to switch from their Gateway Modem for better online protection after some issues had occurred. The minute I returned their Gateway Modem and went with the ARRIS, I have not one security breach or issue occur! I feel safe again.. Price a little high.. but safety, simplicity and speed... worth the extra dollar.

I had no idea that you can have your own modem but still keep your cable service. If I had known that, I would have dropped it along time ago! It's 3 x's faster but gave it 4 stars due to length of how far it works. Once I reach the front door(20 feet) the signal is bad, other than that, flawless..

I have had this modem and router combo pack for a month now. When friends and famliy swing in, theres absolutely no slow downs speeds on this baby! Great product, if your looking for fast speeds to keep up with your 3G cable setup.

It works ok, but the router section isn't great. There should be a button in every category for a soft reset.

This modem works with Comcast and I am getting all the bandwidth possible from the modem. It is very fast and stable. The only issue is cheaper plastic construction. You can tell when you press the wps button. You have to push the button down and it feels like it's going to break, but it works.

I was tired of paying the monthly rental fee for TWC's modem and router that kept dropping signal. I spoke with a rep at my local Best Buy and he explained all the great features. It broadcasts 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz. It even has the ability to automatically select suitable speed channel for each device connected. Very easy plug and play install.

I have owned my own cable modems for years. This one has dual band wireless and allows you to use a single SSID if you prefer. Performance is very good. It transformer is integrated so it has a regular power cord. Changing the default admin password was a bit confusing on the Web UI, but other than that, this cable modem is excellent.

I bought this after reading the wonderful specs but the product doesnt deliver. Its fast when it works. Wifi kept dropping and would only do have the speed despite being tweaked by the COX tech. LAN was ok but speed was inconsistent at times. Also had issues syncing with wifi devices. Had to return it.

I wasn't sure about purchasing a router/modem combo. With Blue Shirt Justin's knowledgable and friendly help, I left the store confident I was getting the right solution for my needs. I am delighted with the product and feel I made the right purchase. Easy set up, strong signal, and no dead zones. This product does what it promises.

I purchased in hopes to replace the Xfinity Modem. The one that you pay for years at a time. Yup finally got smart and purchased one.

I kept losing my devices on my older modem/router combination. Looked for a faster unit and found it in the SBG6900AC. This one has USB ports allowing me to connect a USB external drive and it will be available as a network drive so I can access from my laptop and desktop. No problems setting it up and activating it on Comcast.

My network/internet connection is still a little buggy & slow, but I'm not sure how much of that is due to the router/modem and how much is due to other computer hardware issues. Overall many of the previous connectivity problems have been resolved, so I'm happy with the change.

I purchased this router instead of paying monthly to rent a router from a cable company. I have already saved money.
