Easy to set up. Connection is pretty solid on wifi. Only complaint I have is that some of the devices lose connection once in a blue but reconnect. Could be something in the way I set up the connection. Rather than that works Good.

We bought the fastest internet in our area and it was going to cost us a little extra to "rent" the modem and router from the Internet company, so we decided to look for one. We found this one to meet all our needs for our high speed internet. Nothing to complain about at all!!

Installation was simply and basically plug-in-play. The modem works perfectly with Xfinity high speeds. I did have to call Comcast to activate the modem with their service but have had nothing but a positive experience ever since. I highly recommend this modem to others

This thing is big, bigger than I would have liked. It was very easy to set up. It connected to Comcast without issue. I've found the wireless range is shorter than I expected. I have a single story house, not very large. I've also had frequent problems with network freezing. I have a good wifi connection yet applications like a browser time out. I've found on my iPhone that I flip to from airplane mode it will start working again. It's most annoying. If I could do it again I would rather have a separate modem and router.

Wanted to replace my router/modem from local cable to help save on my bill. This was a great option. All the band width I need to run multiple devices. Purchased on sale so I should recoup the cost with my savings in a few months. I should have done it sooner!!

I had to purchase this. Time Warner is sucking too much money out of me monthly. I couldn't take it any longer, got my bill down to 75 bucks after saying good bye to there rental junk that would always break. Everyone should bye there own. Cable has too much money.

I really love the performance on this cable modem. It is super fast, even faster than the on that Comcast provides. I have internet through Comcast and this works really well. It has a high WiFi range so no WiFi extenders needed which i love about this product.

these are really motorolas so its good quality I've been using macs since 1993 so I know what to do, I read the manual pdf but unfortunately had a hard time getting the password and other settings set up on the arris accompanying web site that has settings for the modem do what the bright yellow piece of paper says in the box and call arris tech support they answered quickly he knew what he was talking about I could understand him we reset the modem and some settings online and he told me which settings to use and not to use and took the time to answer all questions and apparently the quick pairing button on top that looks like a power button isn't made for macs or iOs I'd prefer a black case. the blue LED some people think is too bright is bright but isn't bad where we have it but if you have it in a dark room like a bedroom I could see how it could be too bright fwiw

I am an xfinity customer. I was tired of renting equipment so downgraded my plan and gave back their modem. I needed a good replacement. I went to Best Buy and this what they recommended. Other than the occasional slow time, this Arris unit works beautifully

I bought this to supply wireless to all our devies in the house. Other than it randomly rebooting twice have not had a single issue with performance . It supplies wireless to five devises onadailly base with no interuptions.

My reception is improved significantly. I am pleased I bought this product.

I have a small house. small. and when I'm one wall removed from this item I get HORRIBLE wifi reception. my old wifi router worked great front to back room to room. But not this one. Now, if I'm in line of sight - great! but get a wall between us and it stinks.

Not a brand name that you will think at once but great product! never fail

Bought this for our Son who is in the Military and he uses it in his room. He says it works so well that his IPhone connects to his Router from clear out in his parking lot 170' or so from his room. A Very Good product even if it was a little pricier...

I was hoping for better range but its better that the one the cable company gave me.

Overall good product, I only had an issue initially once I set it up when wi fi would switch back & forth from 2.5 to 5.0 GHZ, although it appears it has worked itself out...Could have been related to my cable company (TW).

The wireless modem was relatively easy to set up. The only down side was the strength of signal though out the house. Though that is a problem with most wireless routers without external antennas.

Works with Spectrum cable company. This Router is very fast. It has a lot of features. I found it best to turn off the 5mhz network and the load balancer as it had my phone and iPad jump from network to network.
