Bought this to replace the modem/router I was renting from TWC. No problems making the switch. Easy setup.

I purchased this item for my daughter to have it installed with her new cable system and it works great. Cable guy quickly hooked it up and it works great. Very happy with it.

I had a router/modem combo from Motorola and was constantly crashing and restarting unit, this Arris one I have not had to reset once, its well worth the 250 dollar price tag.

Didn't want to pay rental to my cable company for wi-fi/modem .. Bought this works excellent .. Easy setup called cable company .. Activated .. Done

Was skeptical at first when I purchased this product having had Motorola in the past. Set up through Comcast was very easy and we surprised at the speed of the router/modem.

I purchased this modem to replace my Motorola SBG6580. This modem has been great so far and was extremely easy to set up. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade.

I wanted a good modem router combo that worked with Suddenlink internet provider. It's a great combo and I haven't had any issues with it at all. Simple to set up and use.

I've been using this modem / router for over a year now. It is the best one I've had to date. It has provided consistency, reliability, and great speeds.

I did not know this Brand prior to buying it but with the recommendations from my browsing I happen to notice this brand so I gave a couple of few reading with specs and reviews, the next time I noticed is dropping the previous brand I'm holding and viola out to check out. Has it for about to months now and still building up my network connections and it's been able to hold it so far, size and style is sleek and it's very light but not cheaply made, I never have any issues so far but it's kinda early to say but will update this review as needed. Grab one and have a peace of mind Browsing or enjoying your network!!

This product was easy to install and get up and running. We are so glad we returned our Internet providers modem and got this one. We have had no issues or problems since.

The sales person, helped me in deciding which modem to get. I also wanted a new router, so this combination unit suited my needs. It was easy to install and activate for use.

Pros + All in one, compact + Easy setup + Fast speeds with tethered connections Cons - Wifi drops often or network ID doesn't even broadcast as available - Lost comms to Wemo switches (for any encryption/security mode) - Real-case users, aka my kids, hate it (eats up their phone data) - Have to rely heavily on wired connections to the router

We’ve been very pleased with the speed. Does feel quite warm most of the time, but doesn’t seem to affect the performance.

Had the internet provider set this up for me so I have no feedback as to how easy or hard it could be, but it was well worth the money as I am not able to set up on my own

This was recommended to me for my Spectrum high speed connection and has worked great since I got it. It is pretty easy to understand and easy to adjust or reset.

the only thing is that you can't read the modem on optimum's site because its not there product, still learning about the unit but I must say it works very well.

Product was easy to use. Operating manual shows step by step instructions. Contacted cable company, gave MAC info, plugin the product and ready to go within ten minutes.

Had to upgrade my router for get the 300 mbps TW offers for the Ultimate high speed service. Works great Set-up through TW is a royal pain but they always get it going.

After upgrading from my old modem/router the arris surfboard allowed me to maximized my internet speed . Before I was only able to cap at 30mb now I am at 150mb awesome

This was very easy to set up. I choose to call xfinity and they walked me though setting it up and I was done in no time. I would suggest this hands down.
