Great Product; Great Customer Suppprt

I ran into a problem during set up, the cable company was the problem, but were pretty clueless. The Arris tech support was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. More over, they knew more about the cable company than the cable tech support. I'd buy this Surfboard again (or any other Arris product) in a heartbeat.

Great upgrade

This drastically increased my download and upload speeds not only on our wireless devices but my desktop as well. Cable One customer service said this combo would not improve performance and to spend more and pick up a separate modem and router but I'm getting plenty of bang for my buck with this.

Excellent modem and wi-fi router

Set up was easy and took me total 30-45 minutes to unwrap,connect,power up and use both TV and Internet. I called Arris to set up extra wi-fi channels. Overall very good experience with this modem. It significantly extended the wi-fi range in our home. Happy I upgraded this modem.

Full Featured Cable Modem

Best deal I ever made--the unit is more up to date than the one provided by TWC, and includes three bands of Wi-Fi with a very simple web based interface. The only negative on this unit is that it is not configured to be converted to a VPN gateway router.
