This router's ability to provide for multiple devices without lag or bandwidth fluxes makes it essential! With everyone using multiple devices at once in my household (always comp+phone), anything else would've made it intolerable to function with each other!

Best Modem+router I have bought. I have a three level house and my Arris stays in the basement, but my range of Wifi stays the same throughout the house, whether you are on the 3rd floor or on the 1st. I will recommend for the house with 3000-3500 sq ft area.

Upon initial set up and use this product work okay, but didn't cover the whole house as advertised. Purchased a WiFi range extender, which improved performance. But the unit would loss internet connection multiple times daily and would have to be restarted often. I contacted my internet provider to check my lines. I was advised that the lines were working properly. I returned the unit and refused to try the product again. Exchanged it for a netgear nighthawk, much better product. No coverage problems, internet connection works great. Four smart t.v.'s, three computers, a tablet and multiple cellphones.

Great all in one dual band router. The only draw back is when I had my computer connected wireless, I had to reset the access port everyday. But all my other wireless devices have no problems. Lucky enough both were close by to just run the Cat 5 cable and no issues.

Much faster than what you get from the cable comp.

The modem is very reliable. The Wi-fi is steady, but I was expecting a better range. The range is the same as my old one that I replaced. Still need an extender for part of the house. Have no problem connecting several devices at the same time without a change in performance.

Was moving into a bigger house and was looking for a booster for my router. A Best Buy employee suggested I get a new Modem as well, and told me I didn't need a booster, just this modem/router. I was skeptical, but man was he right. Works perfectly throughout the house with no interruptions. Would highly recommend.
