I have several bluetooth devices super easy to connect for my 1200 sq ft home. I call Comcast to send a signal and I was up and running in 10 mins. Evan at the Tinley park location is very knowledgeable, answered all my concerns. No more monthly charge from Comcast for the rental winning.

Works great with all of my devices with the exception of my wireless printer which keeps disconnecting from WIFI. Each day I have to reconnect my printer to the network. With that said once I manage to have that problem fixed I would happily give it 5 stars.

Bought this combo unit for new home that requires wifi on 3 floors plus a long main floor. Replaced a 4 year old router & modem. Instructions were clear but if you're not electronically inclined, the customer service department is wonderful. Have had this unit for 5-6 weeks and am very satisfied.

Using it in a small home network environment. Setup took awhile (they have a 103 page online manual for this thing!) I used an older my passport to attach to it via usb 3for additional storage. It shows all other A/V products etc. I'm happy with it.

Have just updated my Internet access to 500Gbps and had to buy a new modem/router. This Arris modem/router has proved to be very reliable and in addition to being dual band wire less there are 4 Cat5 outlets. BestBuy had the modem in stock and at a better price than Amazon.

I was looking to extend wifi to a condo next door in a concrete building and the ISP/Cable company n600 equipment could not without an additional WAP. So the SBG6900 not only gave full bars 5G to the first unit but also was able to get signal to the additional condo without CAT5.

This was easy to get connected but after about 30 minutes it kept dropping the connection. Then you had to reconnect. Only kept for one day then exchanged for a different brand.

This modem/router combo is a vast improvement over the Comcast-issued modem it replaced in practically every way. Better signal quality throughout our home, more stable connection, and faster speeds. Well worth the cost of owning rather than continuing to rent!

I tried several other modem/wireless routers prior to this one, but none of them would work with cable, even though we were told that they would. The one thing i wish this had though, is the WPS button , to make connecting all my tv's stereos, etc... easier to connect.

After fighting with two different routers supplied by the Internet provider, we finally bought one. This router is extremely fast and unobtrusive on the table. On top of that, it saves me $10 a month "rental" fee for sub par performance from the other ones.

I have been using this product for about a month now and have had no problems. It succeeds at doing the job I anticipated prior to buying. I use multiple devices and haven't had any issues with lagging or slow connection. I am beyond satisfied with this purchase!

The 5GHz WiFi is great for newer devices. The on-off button is also a good feature when you need to reset the router (instead on unplugging). The only minor thing that I found was the LED being too bright for me when trying to keep the room dark to watch TV.

This is the best modem and router I have purchased. According to price point this is best available in the market. AC 1900 wifi capability of this modem is really good. Used it for a month now and never had any problem related to wifi coverage or internet speed.

This is an excellent modem/router combo for those looking to not be stuck renting from the isp. Before purchase please ensure that it is compatible with your isp. Broadband range is decent and speed capabilities are excellent

I previously had some connection issues and Would often get bumped when more than one family member was using Wi-Fi. The Arris-Surfboard has solved our problems with connectivity and it's great for streaming video as well.

The range on this one seems much more limited than my last set up of modem/separate router. I've even relocated this one off the floor where the last combo was but doesn't seem to have accomplished any more range.

Got tired of the modem from Comcast not working right so we decided to buy one and not pay rental fees. It will pay for itself after 12 months. My son who is in IT told us to buy this one because it is a great brand and we have had no problems with it so far

While this modem was likely overkill for my single person household, I bought it with the future in mind. It was easy to install. Is fully compatible with Comcast. And has been significantly more dependable than the modems supplied by Comcast.

This product was on sale so I just bought it. I think it's a good idea to buy a modem instead of paying rent of 10 dollars every month. It will pay off in less than 2 years and it comes with 2 years warranty.
