I want to Thanks Geek Squad for telling us what we needed. It is the best. It is much better than the one we had. We are so glad we got it. If you are have internet problem, I suggest that you can one of them. It work the best going through walls

I have only had this router/modem combination for a month, but it is working great. I did call the company and they were very nice to deal with and walked me through changing the password and name on the wireless. They were very patient and helpful.

This is a really good modem/router combo, but the bang for the buck just is not there. It has a lot of bugs regarding download/upload speeds. Wifi range is a bit weak unless you are in the room with the unit.

Excellent modem for the money! Gives me the bandwidth I need and having built in wireless connectivity is even better! I had one of these using Charter services that was just the modem with no router and it never missed a beat, neither has this one!

We needed to upgrade from an older modem/router and the Arris was recommended to me by my Best Buy sales associate. I am pleased with the Arris and know that it will meet our future needs.

It's easy to purchase a wifi router for less money, but this wifi router is worth every penny. Wish I would have purchased this one first as the first wifi router was weak and inconsistent. This router reaches throughout the house.

The modem/router works pretty well. I had some trouble initially with it connecting and finding the correct DNS router to get to the internet. Once I got through that issue the router has worked fine.

Switched to this modem when we switched to new internet. Seems to have solved our connectivity issues. We have had to restart it a couple times, but that is probably due to our more remote location.

This is recommended by comcast employees and best buy workers as well. When I had comcast installed, the installer said yup this is the top of the line at the moment. Of course you can use this for any home service ( att , etc )

The router is great but not for a big house. I asked the person who helped at the store the size of the house and he recommended it to me.

When I found out that not only was I paying a lot of money for my cable modem but also that it wasn't delivering the speeds I was promised, I looked into alternatives. This fit the bill.

Our salesperson suggested that this router would fill our needs and still give us room for growth in the future as electronic devices are now going wireless. We love this router as Internet and wireless are all in one!!

Router was simple to install. Took about five minutes. Very reliable. Only had to reset once in three months. Range is fair. Signal loss through two walls. No worse than other comps.

Purchased router for comcast wireless/broadband to save leasing fees. It worked well with cable but had problems with T-mobile wireless phone compatibility. IP phone works well with router.

Had issues with my old modem + router for long and all got resolved after switching to this. Works well with Comcast and no issue while configuring with them. Totally happy with my purchase.

I noticed that particular brand on a shelf and remembered that Comcast technician mentioned, that tthis brand is used by Comcast too. I bought it for my daughter's new townhouse and she said that it works great.

This modem/router allowed me to turn in my modem/router from time warner cable and save $25 a month! It was a little expensive up front but after 10 months I will make my money back and this modem will last me many years.

At the age of being charged by internet service providers to rent their gateways. This helps prevent that if purchase this and maintain service over the break-even point.

Spent a bit more than I had anticipated for a new wireless router/modem. Only one NOTE. Be prepared to call your internet provider to input new surfboard information on their end.
