Is very cool design and work great the WiFi is fast and stable no slow down process will recommend it for a very fast Internet users

After driving 90 miles to our closest best buy to purchase this we went home and tried hooking it up. We were told by the manufacturer that it seemed as though we had a "dud". So we had to plan another long trip back to a best buy. We went to the closest one 70 miles away. Had to pay an extra tax fee to exchange. We were able to get the new one working. But our wifi seems to lose signal a lot or just not connect well to our devices at least a couple times a day.

This is a router/modem combo that I have used for years. It does not get bogged down by multiple devices like other routers. It has a fairly good range for WiFi signal.

Needed to update as I was getting ready to go with Comcast Internet. This product works great and instead of having a router and modem, I only have to have one piece of equipment. Great..

It seems great on paper but difficult to set up and low speeds. I recommend the cable modem Nighthawk from Netgear.

I have Comcast and it works as needed throughout the house. Only problem is more so with Comcast and wifi will go out here and there, but has nothing to do with this router/modem

Had a bit of trouble at first but the customer service of supplier was awesome! very patient and understanding and within no time i had mt modem up and running without any problem!

Was having major issues with my old router dropping it's signal constantly. Upgraded to the Arris and couldn't be happier. Better speeds for streaming and overall performance.

Modem works great but I did not need the voice functionality that comes with this model as I do not have a home phone line. Other than that it’s great!

Easy to setup and manage. Not sure if it actually sends enough of a signal for the house. May need an extender

My local cable provider said in a month they would review account and I would lose cable bundle price even though I said I would continue to pay for phone

I bought this after my old modem went out. I love the fact that this has built in wireless also. Got rid of 2 pieces for 1. Had to call to help with set up but they were very helpful.

connected tv and other devices ok but computer wouldn't work. Called tech support and problem was computer. Knowledgeable and helpful support person.

I have have several routers in the last 10 years but this one has to be the best. Never a lag, no drop outs and it has really been a great change from the others. :)

It is grear because combine the cable router with wifi eouter in a dual band. There are also a lot of cool features to imepve conectivity experience

Thius is a good Modem with A/C Wifi very fast but problems with cox communications. They supply a provsioning code (firmware) that is not right

This is a fantastic modem with doxis technology has multi channel processing which makes it extremely fast for all of your IP providers couldn't have made a better purchase
