With this modem/router combo we have not had any issues with using the internet on multiple devices.

This is my second Arris cable modem. The previous one started having a problem with the inside, power port. Otherwise, never had a problem.

I purchased this to work with my cable system to save the cost of renting it from Comcast. The Best Buy salesperson recommended them and it work fantastic!! Plus I got it on sale!

Product was purchase because of combatable with Suddenlink. However, the connection keeps going in and out.

Super easy set up. Sleek design. Really wanted to go for the modem and router in one, space saving. This thing has the worst wifi range. It's so weak that it wont keep a connection to my ipad in a back bedroom-- less than 1000sqft from the device, no other electronic devices or steel walls between the 2. I have it positioned near a window. If I stand outside of that window on my porch-- single pane window--- wifi drops and cell switches to data usage. Will be returning.

I'm not sure if it's the modem or my service but seems to need to be restarted more often than normal other than that it works perfectly fine

This thing is great. Love the multiple channels. I can have 2 phones, lap top computer, tablet and stream movies wirelessly at any given time with no lag or buffering.

Bought this modem to replace an older modem. The wireless wifi works great. Haven't had issue with lost connections or lag. My son plays online gaming and he has no issues.

This unit will solve most Wi-Fi connectivity problems and support many devices at the same time with fast downloads. I own 6 of them total, at several different locations.

For what I wanted, this is a really good product! I haven’t had any issues since I purchased it and it is both a router and modem that has a strong connection.

Finally entered the 21st century by getting wireless. This modem and router seems to be doing a great job. Haven't had any issues! Thanks, Best Buy, for great advice.

Connects the whole house wirelessly, and has great bandwidth speed and allows multiple devices to be connected at once without slowing them all down significantly.

I bought this Modem\Router because it was supposed to be one of the 5 best available. I am disappointed in the range. This modem\router struggles to cover a 1900 sg ft house. I had to buy a range extender to make this cover the house. Not worth the money. I expect alot more for $220+ device. :(

VERY GOOD MODEM Kicks Netgear because of all the software helps. Very Good software build in with helps. Look for good price around and ask Bestbuy to price check.

We have wow internet and it is very fast. My son and 3 Grandkids are on it all at once and no lag at all. we love it

i bought this to have more control of my home network. this device is compatible with TWC internet. i have yet to have to reboot it. great signal and connectivity

Took it out of the box, set it up and have been using it for over a month with no issues. I have a 1750 square foot house and have had no trouble anywhere.

This is not an easy item to set up. Purchased this item to play on xbox and use for my cable internet. Everything has to be wireless as nothing will recognize a hardline connection. Took over an hour on the phone with each Xbox, Comcast, and Arris to be able to finally get anything to work. Hardline still doesn't work, and you can only have one device with an "open" nat at a time. I was under the impression that I could have up to 6 full streaming connections at 1 time. Over all this item is for sure not worth the $200 price tag.

I bought this item and thought that it would work with my program but was told that it would not so do not know how good it is

I get good speed & like the 4 Ethernet ports as opposed to 2. Plus the usb port is a nice bonus. Received excellent customer assistance by Arris at set up.
