Reception is much better throughout my house. Glad I purchased. My wifi would go out in the living room on the iPads and since the purchase it is not happening.

Good product, but sometimes the signal drops, so sometimes I need to restart it and sometimes the signal comes back fully again.

Works as advertised, no complaints! Just read the box and that's what it does. Everything works as expected great modem haven't had any problems so far.

I've had great luck with Arris modems in the past, so I thought a modem/router combo would be great. It would only be one box instead of two, and would only take up one plug. I had recently moved into a new apartment, and I used my laptop mostly in the bedroom where the router was set up. Several weeks later, I received my furniture, and found out that the network would disconnect me every 5 minutes or so when I was outside of the bedroom. By this point, it was too late to return the unit to Best Buy, and Arris wouldn't stand by their product, insisting that it must be interference. I completed their troubleshooting instructions with no success. tldr: their surfboard modems are great, but maybe think twice about getting a modem/router combo.

Well worth the extra money up front instead of renting from the internet provider. With taxes included the modem will be paid off in a year and a half.

Was tired of fighting the Wifi coverage of the Cable One provided unit. This one gives us great coverage throughout the house for all the devices.

I bought this product because of the combo/clean look, and to my surprise it was way more then that.. it also handles extremely fast speeds..

Just replaced my 2 year old TWC lease modem with this one. Not only is it 20% faster but much more consistent in WiFi and Ether net connections.

I would recommend this arris due to the fact that my cable provider gave me a cheapy one, so all an all I'll keep it

We are very satisfied; picture is excellent. You can not hook up phone to this model even though we were told we could.

Using a standard cox cable setup, this router is great at running all the different wifi enabled items in our home (4 level connectivity).

Good speed, easy set up but was expecting better coverage on the wifi.
