    My prior generation surfboard was branded Motirola. It had a very robust signal, across the whole house. This model chokes 2 rooms over. I think it's overrated. Very disappointed.

    I ended up talking to a Manager and explaining the situation on this product. I fist went into the store to purchase and range extender and talked into buying another modem/router. He explained that the providers equipment was garbage. So I ended up buying this and wasted a whole day with no end better result. My wife and I had to change and cancel previous plans due to this. The manger understand my anger and frustration with the whole thing. We even had to talk to a foreign country representative for information which was extremely difficult. Overall, worst experience I ever had with Best Buy. Still Love the store though.
