Very good for having 10+ devices connected. Does not have the greatest range

Barely any service. Needed to add wifi extender for better performance

Seems to slow down drastically when using firewall. Good menu screen.

I returned it after 2 weeks. The modem & wifi combo drops internet connection and is very unreliable for my use. Great customer service from Best Buy allowing me to return after 14 days return policy were over.

When it was functioning it was adequate, but wireless would drop out often. When wireless dropped we were still able to get internet through the LAN at high speeds, confirming the spotty wireless. Ended up returning this and going with Google Mesh Wifi system.

It works good but shifts to easily to the guest side.

I thought it will be a lot better for the price i paid

Not too happy with this as it was suppose to be one of the best and does not even cover the whole house. In fact it only reaches about half the house. My main reason for buying this was that both the product and store clerk specified full house coverage.

I purchased this modem to get rid of my rental from Comcast. I read the reviews, its suppose to be one of the best and a strong wi-fi. My wi-fi now, drops off in places of the house the other one didn't. That says enough for me. Disappointed.

Got this router/modem so I could quit renting the one from Comcast. After getting everything installed, I could not even stay on wifi downstairs and it didn't even pick up the signal in my downstairs basement. Range was very disappointing.

I know this is a great product, but the issue I am having is this Router is not strong enough.The broadcast signal is really weak, and will not even cover my whole house

We bought the smaller Surfboard unit, but it didn't reach the end of our home, so we returned it towards the BBD Bigger, Better Deal & while it is better, it still doesn't reach as far as our old N++ unit did :(

Bought it for home at higher price as its a combo modem/router expecting good quality. For an year I felt it's ok, as I used the wifi at home for couple of hours a day because of my work out side. Later I had to stay home a lot and noticed significant and frequent connection drop outs at least 10 times a day. Initially thought power fluctuations and installed UPS with out help. specturm internet people came and troubleshooted and finally found its the stupid router issue. Very unreliable with this router as all the gadgets are wifi dependent.

The all in one modem and router DOES NOT WORK. I called customer service at least a dozen times, spent ENDLESS Hours trying this and trying that. Arris gives you a run around forever and refuses to offer any help. To get a ‘new’ unit you have to unhook and mail in the router and modem with a 3-4 week turnaround time. Essentially, devices would always drop from wifi access, and printers NEVER would connect without an hour or so of messing with it each and everytime. The second I replace the modem/router, everything worked perfect.
