Easy to set up saves me $15.99 per month internet

Works great no problems and I save bucks per month - at this rate I will pay for it in 8 months I think then the $ go into MY pocket not Time Warner

Excellent modem for small family

I had too many people in the house with 5 phones, 4 tablets, 3 computers, 2 dogs and a play station. It got over whelmed. When I just had 5 devices it worked really good on TWC.

Decent, but smells

Last week I noticed a foul smell coming from my living room. I was going crazy trying to find out where it was coming from. Thought it was a dead rat. Nope, it was the modem. Looked online and sure enough there are complaints about foul smells. Going back to BB for an exchange. This was actually a replacement for a non-router Motorola/Arris modem that went out on me in less than a year.
