    Purchased to place in child's apartment as they begin new career. Set up by Time Warner installer. Everything works as it should. Just wish I would have had the coupon the child received from the Welcome Wagon to get 10% off!!!

    I was looking to replace my modem when I came across this at Bestbuy. Purchasing this allowed me to get rid of my router as well and eliminate some of the clutter. Very easy to install/setup. I am very pleased with my purchase.

    No complaints except with weaker wifi signal than I expected. I have good Netgear router connected that I use for wifi instead. In hindsight, I should have purchased Motorola's lower-priced sister product - the Surfboard cable modem without wifi, since I was planning to connect modem anyway. But at least now we have two wifi options in our home, which is spread out. Kids can access one without straining the other, which I use for business.
