I have experienced absolutely no problems whatsoever with this router. I'm able to surf online, stream music, and videos without any interruptions. Very pleased with the performance!

Comcast had been hounding me about my old cable modem and then when my old Apple wired & wireless router failed I had no choice but to buy this product. I am glad it works. I have an old Windows XP machine, a new Windows 8 machine, an Apple iPad 4 and Apple TV with the Windows machines and Apple TV on gigabit eithernet connections while the iPad and HP printer are wireless n. Everything seems to work together so far.

It does what it says it does. Setup menu is fairly easy to navigate. No frills, just a reliable cable modem and router.

I am satisfied with this purchase. I had to get a new modem after my last one last me 5 years so I am enjoying faster speeds and all my devices stay connected even when I use most of them at the same time.

While this is an excellent modem, it does not have a telephone port. It was purchased to replace my Comcast rental modem to save approximately $96.00 a year. Comcast specifically said this Modem was the one I needed. I needed the telephone port as I have a bundle package with Comcast. Unfortunately I am still renting my modem and had to return this to Best Buy. Upon further investigation, I determined that this and other manufacturers no longer sell telephony capable modems to the consumer, just to providers. If I did not need the telephone port, I would definitely purchase this modem. It works very well for my needs, and also has a router making the use of my laptop and Nook very easy within my home.

Good modem but need another wireless router to get wifi through out my house

It was just as easy as the box says it is to set up.

Was very easy to set up I have had it now for two weeks and so far so good

Wifi part is really slow, wifi slow and the devices are in the same room. it's fast through lan but slow through wiif.

Purchased this router to replace leased one from internet provider. Easy to install. Quickly became operational after contacting provider with device info for them to set up their end.

Simply love this modem/router. Had a recent scenario where I lost power. Cable company said my modem, but I persisted modem was new and they came to fix "their" problem. My modem hasn't let me down.:)

Bought to replace TWC's one, still some speed issues, not as bad as TWc's one but not sure was worth the investment.

Very good modem/router for the price. The design is good overall and easy to set up.

I installed this unit into a rental condo I own on the beach. Over Thanksgiving I had 15 People over, streamed on 4 TV's and at least 8 people were connected with no visible issues.

As for connecting the device, the modem just needed to be connected to the cable, and the rest was the ISPs to handle! I receive excellent wireless connection throughout my entire apartment. The only quirk I noticed is that occasionally my Linux computer fails to connect wireless, but that is easily solved by restarting it.

I have had this router/modem box for one month now. It has given me no trouble. It is easy to connect devices to it through the network.

This router replaced one that was 5-6 years old and obsolete. It is quick and easy to install and once we figured out it had to be activated by our service provider, it has been great.
