Very good router and modem for cable, very fast wireless. Have 4 things plugged into it and 5 divorces running all the time via wireless. Never and issue and easy to add devices.

It was easy to set up and worked the first time we plugged it in.

I purchased this modem/router so I did not have to rent one from my cable company. It works just as good as the one they gave me when I first started service.

THIS MODEM ITS GOOD BUT HAVE A SHORT SIGNAL . HAVE A GRATE DAY...

It's Decent If Your into that sort of thing? Wouldn't recommend if you need the internet frequently.

I had a modem provided by the cable company and was only running at 20-25 mb, this unit has me at a full 50 mb. Plus it lowered my cable bill as I am not renting theirs.

Works as it should, set up is fairly quick and painless.

Lan line seems to be no issue. WiFi even with one device connected seems to constantly drop signal. Have tried with several different devices. Overall not too bad since I really don't use the built in WiFi router too often.

Simple to hook up. Has been reliable thus far. Would recommend.

Yes very Disappointing.... My ISP speed is 50 mbps, when I installed the unit my tested wireless speed was at 30+ mbps. After 6 weeks of use the wireless download speed would not get above 1 .mbps while using the ethernet cable I would get speeds of over 56 mbps. I called Arris to work with them to identify and fix the issue, It was determined that the unit was defective. Arris wanted me to pay the freight to return the item to them then once they got it they would send me a replacement….. option 2 was to pay them $9 to send me the replacement then once I received it I would have to pay the postage cost to return the defective one…….. Where is the customer service… I talked to the supervisor and was told I should keep a backup to avoid any disruption…….

I bought this to replace the modem that my cable company gave me. I was having to reset it almost every day. This one has not had to be reset. This is easy to setup and use.

Save yourself a few bucks a months by buying this unit. Stop paying fees for the Internet provider rentals. This is a bonus with the N router its fast enough for gaming

Should be able too plug into phone, without spliter, I had to have the Tech, come back out to install a spliter. It is through your internet service provider, so provide the Tech, when he comes out, and with the yga adapter, to connect the old flat t.v., screen too the computer/t.v.

For the price this device is awesome, also it saves you the $10 monthly modem fee that Comcast charges you if you were to rent it with them, which is a plus++

Our original modem went out and we were able to stop by and put this one back in the house right away. It was a great fill in and we've kept it for daily use.
