I have had this modem for about a year and using it with comcast service. between the modem itself and comcast (neither do their job correctly 100% of the time). It has been a OK modem. When it works...it works great!. But sometimes at random the wifi signal will fluctuate for no apparent reason, sometimes I will only get a 1/4 of the internet speeds I pay for, Sometimes I have to manually reboot the modem to get updates to go through...etc...etc.. Again, some of this is the fault of comcast and their compatibility issues with the modem. But alot of it is the modem itself. I also think the modem was way over priced. it is however convenient having a modem and router built into one unit.

This item is useful, in that it provides both modem and router functions in one unit. Additionally, it includes both Wi-Fi and "hard wired" router functionality. I do find some Wi-Fi "dead zones" in certain areas of my home, but by and large, this unit provides the desired service efficiently.

It was very easy to set up. The connection of the modem/router work better than the one from Comcast.

The modem/router works good except the Wireless signal isn't the best.

So far this wireless modem/router has worked excellent for my internet, netflix, etc. No complaints.

I originally purchased this product for a vacation home. I liked it enough that I purchased a 2nd one.

Good product easy to use and set up. Password is not changeable so make sure you keep the sticker and recommend writing it down somewhere safe.

Powerful modem/router combo that sells cheaper than individual devices. Works well, but was a bit more difficult to set-up than other devices I have used in the past. Once you get past that, the system is good to go. I have had mine for a month with no complaints so far (and hopefully not for a long while).

If you are using for surfing and watching video go ahead and buy it

I wish I purchased this item years ago, whenever it came out! I absolutely enjoy my computer more, with the speed it gives me. Absolutely love it!
