HAS ISSUES WITH COMCAST!!! 15day return sucks!

I called Motorola and they said its Comcast. I had Comcast out two times and they found no problems. Call Motorola and they said take it back to best buy and exchange it for another modem. BestBuy policy is 15 days to return or exchange. Well it took 30 days for Comcast and Motorola to point fingers at each other. I'm now stuck with a Modem that cost $145 and kicks out everyday, thanks to Best Buy 15 day exchange policy and Comcast/Motorola poor services. DON'T BUY THIS MODEM!!!! Thanks!

This wasn't something that I could hook up myself. I had to have Time Warner involved too. Best Buy should know it wouldn't work with phone hookup. I'm driving around with this in my car. Best Buy wouldn't apply it towards another higher end model which I won't buy there.
