I've had no issues with this modem/wifi router, 7 years and counting. Saves me hundreds of dollars since I didn't have to pay my internet provider a monthly rental fee for theirs. It paid itself off after one year because of Best Buy's unbeatle plrice and rewards certificates.

Easy to install. No dropped signals. Good product.

The unit was easy to unpack, setup, and begin using.

This is a good product for home Internet and more.

Dollars saved using this Cable Modem and Gigabit Router and your owning your modem is better, in my opinion, than paying a cable company their monthly fee. I do strongly recommend the Geek Squad warranty just in case something happens.

I bought two of these modems for two different locations, one with Comcast and one with Time Warner. Both units work fast and reliable when using direct cable, but both are totally unreliable on wifi. I have tried changing settings and channels, but still have numerous problems and the modems need to be reset almost daily.

I bought this is December and would preferred a Netgear router but store was sold out of Netgear. Took it back 4 weeks later because it consistently would drop wifi signal every few minutes and my husband was going nuts. The hard wire connection was not much better. Replaced with a Netgear today and so far no problems.

I bought this to replace an older Motorola Surfboard that I needed to upgrade per Comcast. The old unit had great range, bandwidth was low compared to what's available today. With the success that I had with my first one, I thought that I could not go wrong... I did. Range dropped off to nothing two walls and thirty feet away. Replaced with split units from Netgear. Still not happy with the Netgear N600 wireless range, but it was better than this unit and the speed is great. If wireless range is important to you, do your homework and do not go cheap. You will be back to BestBuy.

HArd drive was pretty easy to set up however in use it can be hard for a program to save back tp it. Still working to get it right. I think it will get better with mo work.

Its good, but it doesn't seem to have the reach that the other wifi router had. Other than that is was a good buy because it waa almost half off MSRP.

We haven't had any issues with this product. Sometimes our internet is a little slow, but that could just be due to our internet service provider. I'm not sure.

Quality and value! Has a couple of Ethernet ports as well. Great for smaller homes. Provides adequate WiFi signal throughout home

We were tired of having a mediocre router and then paying a monthly fee for a garbage modem from a provider so we looked this one up. It had such awesome reviews that we decided to go for it. It is a little more spendy than others but it's an all in one and we liked that. Saves space too. And soo far it's great!

I am pleased with my purchase. However, I have not tested the wifi router/function on the modem because I do not have wifi with my cable internet subscription.

This purchase was used in place of having to rent the equipment from the cable company

i live in a 1200 sq ft house with 3 users. we have about 6 devices utilizing the wifi at any given time. and no slowing or glitching. very happy with it.

I got this modem after a recommendation from the sales associate. The modem actually has good rankings and reviews on other electronic sites. Works perfectly!

Wanted a modem and router combination. It meets my needs and it was on sale. I knew Best Buy would be the place to find what I was looking for.
