Had to switch to time warner bundle w/ phone, cable and internet as separate bills from different companies got too expensive. Other family members have this and recommended due to rental price from time warner is expensive, pays for itself.

had to return it because it wasn't working well after 2 weeks. In order for me to have internet i had to turn it on and off literally 10 times a day.

This unit works wonderfully. It was easy to install and set up but the price is a little high. If you are buying for an apt then this is the product for you!

I have to say that I am not totally impressed with this product. I bought it for my apartment (which is not very large) and have serious connection issues whereas I did not have such issues with my past modem/router which was in place with the same ISP and in the same apartment. It has limited range and not the greatest signal throughout the apartment.

I am happy with the product. It provides solid Internet service and saves me a monthly fee from my provider. It will pay for itself in a year.

This unit does not have good signal for small office. old unit with separate modem and router much stronger signal

This Modem/Router combination was recommended by my cable service provider. It meets my requirements and works for my level of bandwidth use.

Good product to use specially for home internet to save you the router rent .

Great internet speed and wifi but I work from home and my vpn client was terrible when connected.

Was recommended by my cable provider to get rid of my monthly fee,have had it hooked up for week. I am able to get wifi thru out the house.

Got this modem to use with TimeWarner Cable internet. Less than a month after purchasing this modem it randomly started dropping all Internet connection throughout the day. After having the TimeWarner tech check my connection for 2 weeks I finally purchased a NetGear modem and now I have no issues.

It does what it is suppose to do but in my 3000 square foot home, some of the rooms have a very weak signal.

Bought this unit because got tired of Paying rental fee to Comcast unit works o.k. But unable to update software other than that works

Purchased for wireless streaming works wonderfully. I have saved tremendously on my phone bill by using wifi haven't had ANY problems since purchase.

This is a solid router/modem combo. IF put in a poorly ventilated area and in a corner it will overheat.

strong connection just doesnt have a very large range, works great upstairs where it's lokacted but it gets a little iffy downstairs

Works perfectly for what I needed it to do with Time Warner. 4 stars for good service not five because it has so few Ethernet ports.

This purchase is is replacement modem for the one issued through Time Warner Cable. It is the same make and model as that issued through Time Warner.

We experienced some glitches in our service. I bought this product and now no glitches. The only problem is the wifi no longer reaches entire house.

The size is good. I like that it is easy to change the wifi name and password. That part was great. The price is a little high. But then it just doesn't distribute a wifi signal well. In one room you'll get a strong signal and then in the next you get a very slow signal, but scoot over on the couch and now it is strong again. Very frustrating.
