Had been using OLD SKOOL modem and router.....decided to break down and get something in this decade.....read lots of reviews and felt 95 % sure this is the best bang for your buck......

I thought this device would provide more speed. I have not noticed a faster connection. I wish Midco would get their act together.

No complaints about the machine so far but it was so expensive compared to your average DSL boxes. The only reason why I bought it was that it was the only box with coaxial cable connection and build-in wifi, the thanks go to TWC.

After weeks of struggling with my previous internet provider and equipment this equipment in conjunction with Comcast cable worked perfectly. The Motorola support was wonderful. We had a little issue with my older PC but they helped me change settings and now everything works great.

The product worked as the represented by the store personnel. He was helpful and I could not have found the right product without him

it is very good as compared to the price and we have already recommended it to our freinds

Only issue was the set up. Directions said to go to website if I had Comcast before contacting them. Wrong. Had to call Comcast

Excellent product and have had no problems so far. When I first set it up, the password to access the router was printed wrong in the manual

pretty much the same as summary...instructions clear, easy to install and am happy with performance.

I'm not getting good Internet with my new wireless cable modem. I always loose my connections.

I bought this at the suggestion of my computer literate brother. It hasn't given me any problems so far and I use it for my wireless laptop.

I installed the device on the local cable company network easily. I have one PC hardwired to the modem and I use one laptop wirelessly. The modem works well. I have had to reboot it twice since I installed it but I suspect the problem was with the cable company and not the modem.

Had very little problem with this item, didn't know you had to reset in a couple of week time, but worked fine for what i needed.

Ended up needing to upgrade for my uses, but served well in the beginning.

The product isnt great but good. The instructions are more complicated than what it is. The internet speed isnt that fast but is average.

Had old modem and router that always failed. Now I have acquired a lot more wireless products in my home needed upgrade my stepfather recommended that model so I trusted his opinion and turned out to be perfect for what I needed. And shopping at best buy is always quick and easy.

I used my points to purchase this router as I got tired of paying the cable company $11 per month to rent. One Time Purchased saved me thus far a couple of hundred dollars. Everyone that has internet through a cable company needs to purchase this.

Great moden and Service at the estore. I recommend this moden to anyone who has cox cable. It so 2 in one, no need to get an extra wireless since it is incorporated. The store guy helped me and he knew what I was looking for as soon as I explained what I was looking for.

I bought it at a good deal on Thanksgiving Sale and I have no regrets as Arris Surfboard Extreme has been so amazing on connectivity and experience. I have a few devices and it perfectly works well with all of them and I can do a lot of stuff online.

Bought this so I wouldn't have to rent modem from Time Warner Cable. Works like a charm so far.
