Modem doesn't work well, constantly dropping the WiFi signal. Haven't found a solution yet.

I'm not sure what to put down since I have already said the last one I had has lasted for years and I only wanted a new one with wireless.

first one would not install. even with the Comcast tech with me. returned to best buy, explained reason, was given no hassle and had the replacement, that one installed first try no problems. happy with product,

Overall it is a nice modem and delivers stable connection. Hopefully a new model is coming soon and offers real dual band wifi connection.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality modem and wireless internet device.

Is fast and simple to set up. Only problem with it is that it does not broadcast both signals.

I have no issues with this, so far it has been fast for me. It is nice to have one gadget that combines both the modem and router.

Good overall product. Much less cluttered than a separate modem and wireless connection. A smaller size would add to its desirability.

It is a good idea to provide the modem and router into a single device. Not so many different devices sitting around and less electrical outlets needed, but this router does not provide good wireless coverage throughout my home. There are several spots without wireless coverage.

It works well although a bit expensive I think compared to the other routers. But I didn't have any problem since I bought it.

Besides the price, this thing is great. It has a very strong signal. It can reach all of my wireless devices, as well as my roommates. Some of the reviews were a bit critical, but so far, it has worked great.

If you're looking for a modem that safely works with Comcast, look no further! The buck stops here! This little box is super powerful. No matter where we're located in or outside the house, we have full use of our wifi! We highly recommend!

After getting sick of renting a cable modem from the cable service, I got great advice from a Best Buy person and do think I made a wise choice. No problems as yet and I really like this model. I think it is a good value instead of renting.

Bought a new modem to replace the one I was paying monthly for. Works good

I wish Best Buy had more options for cable modem/wifi combinations. This one gets the job done, but the range is not great.
