not so Easy to set up not so much help Motorola (but for $$$$$$ they will help), but for the Value for Price.

I bought this because my router was going bad and my ISP was charging monthly for a modern rental. All-in-one is great because it is one less item in my entertainment center, gives me more room, less wires and a freed up outlet.

Vary easy to setup and a simple basic router for home use

IT is working great and has stopped the problems I was getting with the internet dropping out. Geek squad installed it in less than 30 minutes and re-networked the whole house. Pleased with purchase and would recommend it.

I was skeptical of Lenovo's laptops until I bought a Ideapad Yoga last year. This year I needed to add another laptop and found the best price on a Lenovo Yoga 2 13.3. I really like the Yoga's versatility and touch screen.

...and have to unplug and plug in modem/router. I have researched online and many others have this problem. I have called Arris twice. They have had me make changes and nothing worked. I wish I would have purchased just the modem and they bought a better separate wifi router.

So far has been working fine with no problems. Have not lost connection since connected.

It works good for television and laptop.It may be the cable company that causes it to lag sometimes.

I don't know if it's my internet service or this modem, but I haven't been too impressed with what is supposed to be high speed internet, and connections throughout my house can be a little hit and miss. I can't recommend this yet.

This was the perfect wireless modem and router for my internet provider. The guy at the store told me exactly what to get and not I have cheap month to month internet service and my service never fades out

WIFI never connects due to "poor internet connection" I have Comcast 100 mb internet so if that's poor I want to know what good is, even hardwired there's lag spikes while gaming and streaming. I went back to my 5 year old modem and 30 dollar router which works much better.

Documentation written badly. refers to things that do not exist or are actually called something else.

this product is great for hat it's suppose to do. Great for apartments and all the gadgets therein.

The router works as expected. The sired us good and it's reliable.

Good coverage throughout the house. Just brought a second one for daughter's new condo.

Great product but could not get decent coverage upstairs. Had to also put in a range extender upstairs. Luckily I had an extra one at work so no more $$ out of pocket. I think the lack of coverage upstairs is due to the construction of my house...(who knows but the extender fixed that)

Great value for an all in one unit but wifi is only ok when it come to reception strength. Would recommend to small apartments or small homes with direct sight of router. Or you could just bridge connection to external wireless router.

like the modem easy to set up . only complaint is not being able to change the password.

I love this modem. I had to replace a Surfboard so this was the logical choice. I stream lots of video and have many internet connected devices and it keeps up.

I'm not extremely tech savvy, but I have a consistent and strong internet connection, so I'm happy.
