Anyway which ever it is, I can not play my PlayStation with out constantly being logged off because of bad connection, and this is while nothing else is running. I believe we are also supporting Xfinity's public Wifi, which they say won't slow our service, but I also don't think that is true either. Anyway I will try to update after I know what is the problem.

I spoke with several Best Buy reps. and they all agreed that having the router and modem together in one unit was really NOT a great idea. If you have separate units then if one goes bad that is all that you replace... with this if one goes bad your getting a double loss!! Also, this router/modem unit does not have a fan so the unit tends to get very hot. The modem and router are side by side and really heat up. The Best Buy rep said they tend to burn up quick!!
