When this device was working it produced exceptional wireless speeds. I started having trouble with the wireless by the 3rd day. Connection was constantly dropping, and sometimes it was showing in the available networks, but none of my devices could connect. I tried factory defaults and factory resets, but nothing mattered, there was no connecting to it. Wired connection always worked. I may have got a bad modem, though I was not willing to take the chance and went to an SB6141 with a separate router.

Works good however does not work with Chromecast which was disappointing. I turn off the wireless and have linksys wireless router plug in so I can use my chromecast

This brand is the same as what xfinity cable uses and chages a monthly fee to rent

We have a narrow but long office (25'X120'), we place the router in the middle and work perfect for the people close to the router but not a good for the far office

I purchased this item because I wanted a device that did everything I needed to do running off of one power cord Unfortunately the device was disappointing Because the upstream would never lock onto the secondary server even though it did lock onto the first server however the speed was less than 50% of what it should have been for the upstream The downstream connection connecting to four servers did function as advertised however the wireless connection was not very good in performance Because even when set to 100% output power the distance was 50% that of my six year old G band Router. After a visit from the cable company and using the device for over one week I finally took it back to get a refund.

I bought this modem / router to replace my cable modem and router due to the router being fried by several blackouts one stormy day. It worked great if you were using your wireless device within 20 feet of it, but in my bedroom (about 100 feet away) the connection would constantly blink on and off. I'll be returning this product to BestBuy tomorrow. I got an updated modem / router from my cable company. I'd rather pay the $7/month rental than have the headache of constantly resetting the modem.

It works with the phone line and cable line. Motorola is the best brand to buy.

Its is working good bit pricey. Install is easy however to find key is tedious.
