This is a great cable modem, I got this in a good deals, nice features and easy to install. In the box it stated that dual band, but the true is the dual band won't work at the same time. You have to select which band you want to use, 2.4 or 5 GHz. it is not like other modem that can work on both at the same time. This is why I gave 4 stars instead 5. if you have all your devices are on 2.4 or 5, then you won't have any issue. Overall it is a good product.

It is working good so far. no issues. Easy to install and connect.

I don't know why I didn't buy this years ago. I could have saved a lot of money instead of paying comcast a monthly fee.

Purchased this Cable modem/Router to replace older outdated model; a separate modem and separate router. The speed of my internet was truly experienced when I switched!

I loved the easy installation and use of the wifi/modem combo... I did expect a larger range for the price... Speed is good, much better than my previous wifi and separate modem.

Easy to set up right out the box and much cheaper than renting.

I had no problems at all setting up this modem. It works great!

Sometimes it is slow, has no signal and I have to disconnect.

I purchased this because my older Motorola SBG901 was too slow and only had 1 Ethernet port. It made my WD MyCloud crawl. This device allows me to transfer files at 20+ Gbps whereas the older SBG901 transferred at an abysmal rate of 600 Kbps. My only complaint is that when I tried to set my internal network to 192.168.5.x it threw an error saying that that range was reserved but guess what, it actually did set it. So the next day, my DHCP moved all of my devices to that IP range and I could no longer access the internet. Yeah, the 192.168.5 was not editable. Only the last octet was now editable. So I reset the modem back to factory settings. BAD IDEA!!! Comcast could no longer see me. According to Arris (new owners of Motorola) for some reason when you perform a factory reset, Comcast can no longer see your modem. So the Arris technician told me to exchange it and never perform a factory reset again. Other than that this modem performs great.

Great modem enjoy how it works and how easy it was to install.

Needed a modem for Grande service. This was one of the numbers that was compatible with their equipment. Have had no problems at all. Seems to be working great.

Performs well as expected, if not better, for the price to pay

ATT SYSTEM WAS MARGINAL. WENT TO XFINITY AND IT SO MUCH BETTER. WHY RENT THIS FOR $8.00 PER MONTH WHEN YOU CAN PURCHASE IT AND SAVE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN. SUPEREQUIPMENT!

this router is beast mode, get it, own it, love it, and if you don't...well then you don't love internet, and if you don't love internet, you don't love freedom...

Easy to install and working great so far! Was a bit nervous about installing it ourselves, but worked out quite well! And we are far from being overly handy!
