I love my combination router and modem. I have had no problem installing it or using it . Works wonderful and i'm very happy withit.

Very easy to set up and configure. Works great. Would recommend this modem/router to anyone.

My wife and I were happy with this machine. It was easy to set up and the signal was strong, but there doesn't seem to be a way to set any parent controls. This led us to return it for a modem/router that allowed us to block sites.

This works with Comcast cable and internet. Range could be better (wifi does not reach our lanai ) but signal seems strong thru house. Of course it's better than renting it from Comcast.

It.s easy to install and administrate but it is not the fastest router. Also the wireless range is not the best. I actually recommend buying a stand alone modem and a AC1900 or higher wireless router (what I did for our office).

All in one cable modem and router, an excellent upgrade to the cable co. Standard equipment.

Product was easy to set up and Connect to my computers. Works well with Cox Internet connection. Does both Desktop and Laptop set ups.

Set up instructions were easy to follow. Up and running in a matter of minutes. No issues. Reliable (so far...haven't had it long). Occasionally wireless speed is a little off. I expect that this new gateway will last as long as the Motorola Surfboard I replaced - there was nothing wrong with that one other than it became obsolete with a cable upgrade.

This modem fit our needs due to a last minute modem failure. It was easy to hook up and it isn't intrusive in the space available.

Not one complaint from my son...the gamer! We have had it installed for a little over a month now and everyone is still very pleased.

Overall, everything works well and its fairly easy to use. I would like to have a way to change the pass code to something easier for us, but other than we have been impressed. We run at least 6 devices on this with no change in service.

This Motorola - SURFboard eXtreme DOCSIS 3.0 Wireless-N Cable Modem and Gigabit Router was recommended by our IT person after checking our older brand. We were continually pulling the plug on our older modem and router to stay online. The IT person checked the speed connection to our cable and we were not receiving what we should have. The IT person upgraded many items and set this item up for us. So far, things have been running smoothly. We are computer technology challenged, so we depend on a great IT person to help us.

Got this item for $32 which was a steal compared to other comperable items. It works great and we have not had any issues. We did need to buy an extender because of the side of our house, but that did not take away from how well this item works. I am not sure what the bad reviews were about because this is must buy.

Haven't had any problems with it not working with Comcast like the last modem I purchased.

I have been using this cable modem / router combo daily for several months and am very satisfied. I have only had to reset it once or twice after power outages. The wifi signal strength is good in all parts of my home and supports several devices at once easily with no slowdowns.

Was going to purchase item in add. Fortunately some asked if I needed help. Showed me correct product. Easy setup for all wi fi.

This item was a bit expensive at $150, but worth saving the money on renting one from Time Warner. The great thing is I don't need anything else except this item since it is a router and modem, so I'll be returning the modem TW issued and won't need two products. I bought this when I switch from Verizon so can't say if it's TW or Arris, but together my Netflix isn't taking so long to buffer. I just need to change the long security code to something with less characters and I'll be set. I'm happy!

I didn't want to rent my modem from Comcast anymore, and this fit the bill, compatible, easy to install and I am loving the savings.
