I stream with the max allowed speed by my provider with this but i dont know if its my provider or this product that it sometimes drops the network and the only remedy ive found was to unplug the router and it stays on again.

This is a very capable computer, especially for home and occasional business use. I replaced one of the memory chips with an 8GB, bringing total memory (out of a possible 16GB) to 12GB. My computer now is more than capable, handling multi-tasking and the few high level computer games I tried on it with little to no effort. The Intel Core i3 processor apparently works better with higher levels of RAM.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to set up and use router.

Get the modem and router separately. The combos, while convenient, don't work as well for wifi signals. Having a separate router with a good, high-powered antenna is best.

I like that it is a modem and router in one. Nice to not have two boxes taking up space.

I previously had a dsl modem and had no problem with reception anywhere in my 1000 sq ft apartment, but once I switched to cable, it works really well in the area surrounding the modem, no connection issues at all, but in the bedrooms signal drops a lot. Going to purchase an extender to go with this to provide better reception thoughout the whole apartment.

Great modem at a great price. Does not connect as quickly as I had hoped when starting or waking a computer up from sleep mode. Once in a while it seems to drop the wireless signal for a minute and can't figure out why.

I obtained this unit as a replacement for a earlier model Motorola unit that failed after 3 years of totally reliable service. This unit was easy to install and has performed flawlessly. It's provides wi-fi to my house for high speed COMCAST internet service. I love the product!

I bought this to replace 7 year old modem and 3 year old router. I liked the fact that it is one unit, so less clutter and wires. Also noticed there were less signal drops. However my internet speed remained the same. Range in this router says 300 ft, I don't think that's right. I don't get signal all around the house. Despite few cons, if you are looking for budget single unit, this is a good buy.
