The instructions to install and set up were easy. Works fabulous

It's been 3 yrs and is still working fine. The only Con is not having an inbuilt WiFi so having another WiFi modem connected makes for too may accessories to deal with.

I needed this so I would not have to pay a monthly rental fee from the cable company that also provides my internet. It has performed very well and has a good range as there are no dead spots in my home. When I have a new device to get online it sometimes requires several entries of my router password before it accepts it

Good product, especially after savings on an additional router. Installation is simple. Compliant with most service providers. However, the settings menu is a little difficult, obviously designed for advanced users. The issue there is that menu is the only way to access advanced security features. Also, the accompnying CD does not open automatically and the drivers will not load from the disk (at least for me). That is not a very big problem, but worth mentioning.

I purchased this modem to replace my leased modem from my internet provider. I have been very happy with its performance so far. It keeps up with my needs as far as speed, reliability, and wifi range are concerned.

Keeps dropping the signal same way as my old Motorola modem. Maybe it's a comcast problem? I will try to exchange first, maybe it's defected?

I bought this because I was tired of paying the internet service providers a monthly fee for their equipment, and the employee at best Buy said this was the best one to buy. She made a good call. The technician who installed my service said it was a great modem to have and so far, the WiFi has been pretty good. There are times, however, when my devices seem slow, but that could be due to the service and not the modem. Overall, I think it's worth the money.
