Placed into service this Motorola> So far this last month it has been working great and has not over heated as my cheaper model did. I am very happy with this purchase.

Easy installation.................................

This was an accidental purchase and meant to buy the model that 's half the price of this one and more suitable for a small house. It worked when we hooked it up and hasn't given us any trouble so we decided to keep it instead of exchanging. We don't have anything hardwired to it and wifi reception has been excellent!

I was tired of dealing with waiting 5 to 10 days for my ISP to replace faulty merchandise with another piece of faulty equipment. I found it worth the investment to purchase a good quality router for a reasonable price that I could provision myself if need be. Most of the CSRs were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Works great. The only problem I have is BB jacked up the prices at cristmas. My wife bought router for Xmas. I had her return it cause we have phone with our modem. Only to buy it again 1 month later . ( time Warner split the phone modem ) it was $30.00 cheaper. Not complaining cause I made out, but wtf...

Easy to install and works great. Very fast service.

This product more than sufficiently services my 2700 Sq ft home and has already paid for itself in reduced cable bill.

This is great for those who dont do heavy gaming, but have multiple devices connected at once. It can handle streaming videos, and saves the modem rental fees!

The product performs as it should. I purchased a new modem/router in hopes that the range would improve. I wanted to be able to access WIFI from poolside. This did not happen, however the speed for down load and up load did increase. My previous unit was also a motorola. I have always found motorola to have good products.

I believe is the best in its class. it is a modem and a wireless router. so far I don't have any complaints. I wish that motorola would make it with a power button...but other than that I had it for like a month and I don't see any problems...i connect wireless to my philips blue player and I am able to watch netflix with no problem. In only paid 138 dollars for it and it was the cheapest price compare to everybody else.

What's great about it: Integrated 802.11n + Gig Ethernet switch, VPN endpoint What's not so great: FIrewall doesn't seem to have as many options as the SBG 900

After renting a router from Comcast for YEARS we came to our senses and bought our own router!! This router absolutely fit the bill! It is so simple to hook up and is working wonderfully!!!

I have this router set up in my apartment, I get strong wireless everywhere and its speed for gaming or streaming videos is excellent. Set up was very simple, overall this product is well worth its price.

i have issues with wifi when i'm on my back porch and in my bedroom. the distance is not very far and it shouldn't be a problem. works very good when its working

The product has been nothing but great, it saved me a lot of money not having to rent one from my cable provider.

Great modem/router. Have a small amount of lag when streaming movies. However, this could be due to our Internet provider. Overall, great item for the price.

This is the second surfboard modem I purchased. The first one I used wine living in a basement apartment, and my landlord bought it off me. This modem works great, is easy to setup and gives great WiFi.

Purchase this to replace modem that I was leasing. Set up was a bit challenging and you have to call internet provider. Once completed, range was about the same but has intermittent signal drops and have to reset. Also, this modem DOES NOT HAVE PHONE OUTPUT so I had to keep other modem and get splitter (which also contributes to signal loss). Overall, I'm still pleased with purchase.
