old modem and router were outdated, provides better coverage for multiple phones and a computer

I helped my son to set up a cable connection when he moved to a new location. This product is a newer version of the one I have at home. Thus it's easy for me to set it up and the performance is pretty decent. The modem is in the back of the house and they can connect to the wireless router from their front porch. They are really happy.

Space saver, easy setup, wireless functionality sometime hangs up resulting in need to restart.

We needed a new router as ours became non functional after several brief power outages. We were also tired of paying TWC $8 a month for a Modem rental ! This unit performs well as a Modem/Router and we have better WIFI coverage. The signal works beyond our property lines !

No problem with this item. Has good coverage and have not had any problems with Comcast service

I have the same product in my home in NC (large two story home) for several years now. It works great and is a good value. The price paid will be paid back in about a year based on the cable company charging a monthly fee for their modem.. This router/modem is an excellent value.

This Motorola modem is a solid item, which is very good for its price. I expected it to be a bit quicker when I use it wirelessly, since it does occasionally drag, but only very briefly. Works wonderfully when wired! It is a nice looking item and it is durable enough to last for years, so I am happy with the purchase! It has a good, not flimsy feel to it.

This box was easy to setup and link to desktop. But the WiFi was a challenge to join my cellphones, printer and smart tv. I had a few glitches and reprograms for a month and counting to suffer threw. I was told by Best Buy service specialist it's the same box Comcast Xfinity uses. I am satisfied because the cost was reasonable to usage.

great router my only complaint is the strength of the wireless signal... doesn't reach to all the rooms in our 2 bedroom apartment.

Only reason we got it was because it it was on the list of modems that will work for Time Warner.

Both a fellow customer and a salesperson recommended the modem to me; and then the tech who was setting up my service confirmed it was good. I have had to reboot it once maybe twice in the weeks I've had it. I consider that to be acceptable. Good quality router/modem.

I had the older model for 4 years before upgrading, tho it still worked I felt a newer model would improve my connection. It did.

Bought this product to offset the cost of a monthly modem/router rent from my service provider. Unit was recommended by friends and was compatible with my service provider. Set up was smooth with no problems since install about a month ago. Router boost seems good.

The connection of Wifi is rarely lost. Besides that is great!

good product which works well with Comcast cable service. Great value and easy installation.

It's seems to work pretty good most the time. But I've had to rest it a few time, the wifi goes out for some reason and needs a reboot

This is really good router..saving ~10$ of my provider bill with just one time purchase. And it is really worth. works very good.
