I bought this Arris SURFboard Router/Wifi for a new connection where we have relocated. It has really done the job and has super fast wifi speeds. You can't beat the quality for the price. Well worth the investment, thanks best buy for another great product........

I love this cable modem. It allows you to turn your home into a hotspot. Motorola's products have never failed me. My family and friends that come and visit my home just love the fact that they can receive my wifi signal through out my home and even on my patio.

Switched to Comcast so needed a modem and router. We decided to get the combo unit. Was looking at a different unit but the Best Buy employee said Comcast preferred the Motorola units. The service tech had no issues setting everything up and so far everything is working good.

Good product quality & price, but sometimes wireless connection are disconnected automatically and needs to reboot the modem.

I've only had the surfboard installed for a week due to some Comcast issues, however its performance appears to be working well.

Affordable router/modem, fast and inexpensive. My family and i can be watching hulu, netflix and surfing the net all at the same time and does not slow down

It works fine. no problems from a no-so-techie. I will keep it. would have liked one with a telephone jack, but there are none!

After many years of having Road Runner from Time Warner Cable they decided to start charging a lease fee for the modem. I decided to return the modem to TWC to avoid the lease fee and purchase my own modem/router. This modem/router fit the replacement need and so far I haven't been disappointed with its performance. The only complaint I have with it is that I couldn't change the factory password that is way too long.

I got this modem because my provider was going to charge me 10$ a month so i thought since I'm going to keep this provider for a long term may as well just buy this product. Very good modem i stream netflix play online gaming with out a lag very very awesome.

Saves space having one product being your modem and router.

I've been using this for a while. Every so often I have to turn it off and power it back on. Other than that it works perfect.

Working good so far. It increased the quality of my connection a little bit compared to the Comcast router, but nothing drastic.

DOESN'T HOOK UP WITH MY 2 LAP TOP COMPUTERS. NOT SURE WHERE THE PROBLEM IS. I DO NOT THINK IT IS THE ROUTER/MODEM AT FAULT.

The range on the product is great only negative is sometime I have to reset the router to get it to connect properly to devices
