Great ítem east to use and I would recommended it easy to use easy to install it

After shaking off bad reviews about the router portion being a bust, I reluctantly bought this modem. For the first night it worked great, after that I kept losing wireless signal even when I would be in the same room, or just stop working all together making me have to reboot it... which a lot of people complained about in earlier reviews. Once I disabled the wireless and plugged my old router (the one I was trying to replace) everything has been working flawlessly. No reboots in over 3 weeks. I bought the extended warranty for 2 years on the item and I plan to use it once a newer modem comes out since this is clearly a hardware/software issue. So if you're on the market for a new modem, steer clear of this modem-router combo and just buy a modem ONLY like the sb6141 and use your own router. Also! This modem-router combo will ONLY broadcast in either 2.4 OR 5ghz, NOT both. So if you have a mixure of older and newer devices that pick up different frequencies you will not be taking full advantage... Of course stating if it works long enough to use it.

Well worth the buy instead of paying extra fees on Internet & cable bills. The only con is that if your cable provider advertises that they have a high speed for the net it necessarily won't go that fast depending on the area your in

overall nice, just had trouble staying on the network (range was in the same home) even with troubleshooting.

So far its been a great product , hopefully it lasts for years to come .

The product was relatively easy to install and has been working great so far. Great alternative to renting from the cable company.

Bought this since it was a modem and router combo and to save the money my cable company was charging me.

My dual band wifi cable modem from Netgear died during a storm so I need a quick replacement. This happened to be the only modem/router combo in stock at the time so I picked it up. The performance is decent. I feel as though the netgear gave me faster more consistent speeds. Also the lack of simultaneous dual band wifi in the year 2015 is a little weak in my book.

Excellent modem, only problem I had was with Isp, after the issues were fixed it has worked flawless

Buying this was the best thing ever consider paying comcast $10 extra each why not have your own forever do the math $120 a year $240 for 2 years and you'll be the judge.

I've had no problems since I purchased. Saves money with the vendor as you do not have to rent their piece

In order to decrease my TWC bill, I decided to purchase my own modem. Since I had to buy the same model TWC provided, I didn't have a choice, but fortunately I found the exact model I needed at Best Buy. It was a little pricy, but as I said, I didn't have a choice in the matter. It was very easy to install and works just fine. I was able to use my points to purchase the item so it was almost free which helped me save on the total cost.

Good product but does not support 2.4 and 5.0 ghz at the same time

We've got a lot of snow The router I got from the cable company would not connect to the internet. Or I would lose service in the middle of doing something so far was the router I bought from Best Buy I have not had those problems

This device meets all my home needs. It is a single device to which I connect my comcast cable internet and get ethernet as well as WIFI out. I strongly recommend this product.

My previous rented router doesn't provide good signals. This one does its work well. It's worth the money.

Was skeptical about the product, but was pleasantly surprised by the great quality of service it provides. Had a bad experience with a prior purchase of a Motorola modem, but decided to give it another try due to the price.

Does everything we wanted it to and the warranty is excellent. Just don't let a contractor to your cable company touch it when they are hooking up cable. Our cable guy fried it. However, the manufacturer replaced with no problems.

I was having issues with my internet speed. After purchasing this equipment, I am running at top speed!
