I bought this unit about 2 months ago and I'm very satisfied with the result

Very easy to install and once working with the cable company, never dropped the connection. Powerful to send the wifi signal all over the house without having issues with wireless connection.

Well it has been reliable for long time. I don't know about speed but it's pretty good.

bought this for a two story house. pulls in wireless signal on both levels.

Excellent help finding what I needed in the store. Plus the price matching policy is great. The check out girl was most helpful and needless to say the Motorola modem/router is the best.

Compatible with Time warner. Never drops the signal and always works great.

works beyond expectations increased my connection quality. I have not had one problem with connections. I am able to run both my computers at the same time watching a streaming movie .

Great cable modem that supports wi-fi for the house; however, it does not handle dual channel as well as the Netgear we had when we had DSL service. Wi-fi signal is pretty good, but not outstanding. Setup was flawless and very simple.

Stable router - works well. Would get an extender for a large house tho!

"Never assume" is something I'm aware of, but when searching for a wireless modem/router that is dual band, make sure it supports "simultaneous" dual-band. This one is "either/or", which is near unbelievable that one would be manufactured as such. If you have any older Wi-Fi devices in your home, switching to 5GHz band may not help you, as they won't connect. An older laptop, older streaming device or if you have a wireless printer: it may not connect at that band. That's where simultaneous dual-band comes in. Would've been a five star rating if not for that detail

This router was recommended to me by a Best Buy employee and so far I have had no problems with it.

Fast setup as I already had one of these and after 13 months it started dropping signals. I had to purchase same model as best buy had limited items at the time. For the price you would think it would last longer as I only surf the net and do x box on it.

It has worked out very well for us. A lot cheaper than the other choices and perfect in size.

What a horrible piece of device!! I figured Xfinity is now charging $10 for a modem/router so I go out and buy my own. That was the worst decision I have made. The device worked okay for a few weeks and then slowly the signal started dropping. I didn't think much of it. Blamed xfinity most of the time and let it go. Reset my device etc etc...But the matter only got worse a week later. It gives me no where the speed I should be getting. Trouble shooting with Customer Service agents and escalating the matter now. I recently spoke to Shawn the manager from Arris. Oh my God!!! What attitude he gave me. thanks, I am telling you our device is working fine... and he tried to get all technical with me and when I interrupted him he snapped back at me. RUDE!! If I was his manager, I would fire his a** for talking to a customer like the way he did, in the tone he did. If the device does not work properly, the company should take ownership of the issue and send the customer a new device. The customer should NOT be charged shipping of this device at all. Makes no sense. They wanted me to pay 12.50 for shipping a new modem back to them. Why should I pay shipping. I didn't break the device and am asking for a new one. ......what the heck!!! This has been one frustrating ride for me and I am thinking I am going to dump it and go back to renting xfinity modem and paying those A**H**** my hard earned money for the rest of my life .....

Worth spending the money to get faster internet. We previously had an xfinity model that was giving us a few problems. Before it would take a while for a page to load or refresh it. Streaming would randomly stop and you would have to rewind little to load up the video. Now the internet loads web pages smoothly. Little to no interruptions while sreaming. Would definitely recommend to someone who has a model from their internet service company.
