Overall works good. Gave it 4 stars because of the range the wi-fi covers.

Works like a charm with Comcast. The setup could be a little bit problematic but that depends on the skills of the costumer service from the cable company. Besides that exelent.

I bought this modem and the installation was quick and painless (except the time on hold at the cable provider), it makes financial sense to spend the money and not have to lease the product as you will recover the investment in less than a year.

It is fairly new, but so far, so good. At the present , I am satisfied.

This modem/router purchase let me send back WOW's unit, better performance and $10/month savings.

Bought this to replace an Comcast Modem & Router combo. The Comcast just didn't have the range I'd like. My iPhone and iPad would disconnect unless within close range. One of the best device I bought. Love this device! It has advanced wireless security features. Highly recommend this product.

Having used the old original (much loved) Motorola Surfboard modem for all my years with Comcast, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I set it up, called Comcast with my modem info then jumped online to run a speed test. I was pleasantly surprised to find it 4 times faster than my old modem plus router combo. I do find the cost a bit high, but if you are still paying Comcast monthly for modem rental, it will pay for itself in no time.

Not really impressed with this modem. It seems that I have to reboot At times to capture A good Wi-Fi signal. I would return it back But I missed my 15 day return window. Going to look at a stronger more powerful Modem / Wi-Fi router. It works great On The modem portion At my desk top computer.

This is great gateway that is easy to use and performs significantly better than the gateway provided by Comcast. However, it does not have the VoIP capability that is needed if you have the bundle option (with phone service) through Comcast or other ISP.

Motorola has once again produced another great modem/router. We purchased this as an upgrade to an older Motorola modem/router and once again we are super pleased with the upgrade!

Using it with twc on the extreme Internet package works really good no Internet lag and easy set up.

This should last me for a few years and I will get my money's worth by not having to pay monthly fees to my ISP for a modem and wireless router rental.

Bought this after trying five others from the utility company. The modum did not work over and over again. Very frustrating. Needed to connect my old router for it to function.
