great modem and love this product. will refer to my friend and family

Does the job. Have to reset every so often and the reach isn't great.

worth for money paid. easy to install and use. helped poor network connectivity compared to using seperate modem & wireless router .I had lot of isues with modem supplied by TWC and having replced with this, I have to replace this as network provider suggested to have a sepaearte modem and a seperate Router to have better connectivity and speed.

I am very happy with this Surfboard cable modem and gigabit router.

Wanted DOCIS cable modem and this one had wireless router too, took up less space than separate pieces.ip and running in no time.

It does the job... Stays connected and great for Netflix and internet

I bought this with the idea that i would save money in the long run, as our current internet provider added a monthly charge for use of their cable modem. In purchasing this, i was hoping to "kill 2 birds with 1 stone" having the wifi built in. What we have found is that the signal was not as good as we expected and seems to require frequent reboots. I've reconfigured some of the settings and was able to boost the signal strength, but it still requires frequent reboots. Not happy with this purchase.

This was a good buy for basic cable internet for up to 10mg wifi

I did not want to pay a monthly fee for a cable company supplied modem. I went to Best Buy and asked for a recommendation. This unit was purchased. The installation by the cable company was seamless. I am happy with the speed of the unit.

Good quality router that provides great service throughout my house. Ranch style so take that into account for signal strength. I'd probably consider purchasing an additional device to strengthen the signal if I needed one.

Easy set up, fast and one call to the cable company to activate and saves cable modem rental costs

We purchased the modem because it was on the approved list with our new internet provider. Usually we run 1-3 devices at a time. After one month it seems to be working great.

Haven't had it that long but so far it's doing a pretty good job.

I have found the service provider equipment to be very poor quality that affects my ability to get the best performance from my equipment. I don't like paying the monthly rental fee charged so I prefer to buy my own equipment like this modem that will pay for itself in rental savings while giving me superior performance.

Good To Go. I happy that we got this and not rent one from comcast.

This is a great product. I like the multiple ports for hardline ethernet connectivity and of course the wi-fi connectivity.
