Since the installation of this product my internet experience has been better than before, no complaints here!

Motorola has always made good quality products and this is no exception. I signed up for TW cable and wanted to save on the modem rental. It was easy to set up and I was able to customize the wifi name and password.

I got this for Wi-Fi through Xfinity I've only had it set up for about a week the speed and connection has been very wonderful bear in mind it is my first router but I am extremely pleased with it so far and this was recommended to me by a specialist in this field that I know very well and they told me it was one of the best options out there for what I needed

An excellent cable modem for your personal home use

I got this modem 1 month back. Initially it worked very well but sometime even with full strength signal it does not connect to internet. Motorola tried to change the channel since that it is working good till now.

So I purchased this for my mother. But is returned the same day. I have this one myuself at home and offers great connection throughout my home . Only time i have issues is when the power goes out. Then I just have to put the password back in on each of my items in the home. Maybe happens once a year. Not bad. Great price for what you get and super easy to set up.

I purchased this product and have had little difficulty setting it up. I did have wireless connection failures for the first few days but that disappeared for some reason. It is so far the best modem I have had.

Needed a new router this is doing the job quite well

It was easy to set up and use. I liked the way it looked and the way it performs.

I told the salesperson I had dsl and they gave me this. I am sure it works great, but it is a cable modem. I had to return it for a dsl modem router.

IT DOES WHAT ITIS SUPPOSED TO AND ARE HAPPY WITH IT

Gateway is easy to setup and use. It took me less than 10 minutes to get it up and running. I bought it to replace my old cable modem that I was leasing from Comcast, as well as my old wireless router. It's great that the router and modem are all in one device.

ATT is discontinuing DSL and putting in Uverse. The price/performace plus x4 days to get it back up and running was difficult to accept plus only a speed bump of x2. We sThe service support at ATT was less than dismal, they were more concerned about generating work tickets than fixing issues they caused and no tech team worked with the others. We switched while at xfinity in the store, when we got home plugged the router/modem in the internet was there configured and ready to go. Performed some basic network customization and no issues except older computers/sys not fully compatible with the latest security WEPs. So after 20 years w/ ATT -- left due to cust svc and options. I still prefer separate modem router configuration. Would have gotten 5 star

This modem has increased my speed 100 percent. It was easy to install.

Great router for small apartment but not big areas

Plug & Play was fantastic and am enjoying the speed of the router.

We have been very pleased with this modem so far, the connection is very reliable and fast. There have been no issues with uploading or downloading and streaming media content. The connection is fairy secure, of course additional firewalls and/or security measures taken on users personal devices/PC's will help improve this. Overall, this is a great modem for both light and heavy users.
